Sourdough banana bread

This is such a good recipe from King Arthur Baking Company utilizing sourdough discard, I’m going to depart from my regular format and just share the link. It makes one large or four mini-loaves. The sourdough discard makes a moist loaf that stays moist. I added toasted walnuts. Toasted pecans or semi-sweet chocolate chips would also be good add-ins.
